Key Responsibilities

• Understand the details of the BSC P&L & Balance sheet.
• Assist with month end close and various forecasting cycles including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
• Assist with monthly performance reporting for the site and Corporate
• Learn the various FP&A processes and procedures.
• Become proficient in using BSC systems and tools.
• Gain exposure to senior finance and executive management.
• Assist with adhoc projects.
• To achieve and demonstrate best practices in line with the department and site objectives

Education & Experience

• Level 8 Bachelors Degree (240 credits) in Business or relevent field.
• Accounting exams in progress
• Relevant work experience/ co-op programme completed.
• Strong system skills and aptitude
• Good communication skills, teamwork abilities and initiative.
• Proven ability to work well as part of a team & on own with minimum supervision.
• Enthusiastic self-starter
• Strong interpersonal skills
