Key Responsibilities
• Goal of the role is to relieve FSO(Field Service Organization) from having to provide updates to customers and error correction activity by mitigation hardships when delivery plan meet roadblocks
• Success will be in candidates ability to develop solutions to drive a highly manual activity to a more automated process while building the relationships needed to support and internal customer
• Roles will handle the navigation of internal network delays via proactively addressing system delays
• Deep understanding of AGS(Applied Global Services) network w/ strong SAP order research skills
• Customer interface & communications experience
• Understanding of E2E TKM(Total Kit Management) is critical
• Interfacing w/ FSO(Field Service Organization), OF(Order Fulfillment), GCC(Global Contact Center), Purchasing, Planning and Logistics virtually & on daily
• Extremely well organized, problem solver that seeks structure basedsolutions,
• Desire to be the central focal, ability to act independently, yet communicate needs to a wider audience in clear concise fashion,
• Provide solutions to problems or, thru use of networking, direct to specific responsible org
• Strong communications skills is paramount
• Needs to be able to diagnose systems gaps and roadblocks & work cross functionally to provide solutions to network delivery issues,
• Providing direct spares status to include implement and track delivery performance metrics
• Review current process maps and based off learnings via daily issues, make recommendations & collaborate on finding systems basedsolutions
• Ability to lead & coordinate w/ cross functional Teams, excellent data analytical skills is a must
Fluency in English and Japanese for business communication is required
