Job responsibilities
- Provide program support for other Global Security partners
- Support the development of best practice documents and standard response protocols and support functions will include acknowledgement of case details & distribution, data entry of initial case data, case management system input, process updates for Threat Management workflow, supplemental case investigations, organization of interviews, and consultation of case management and adjudication
- Provide case support for all Threat Managers as needed and based on caseload/on-call support
- Serve as liaison support for cross-functional partners
- Conduct supplemental threat assessments in support of Threat Managers
- Support data integrity, case metrics, and trends analysis
- Provide regular updates on all cases
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Previous experience in a threat management, law enforcement, intelligence analysis, victim support and/or corporate security role
- High levels of integrity, professionalism, courage, and compassion with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships
- Comprehensive computer literacy with a solid working knowledge of all Microsoft applications
- Experience of handling confidential, personal & sensitive information
- Experience with risk and controls, data privacy programs, process improvement
- Ability to think quickly and make decisions whilst under pressure
