Provides expertise in analyzing technical learning needs for a business or function then designs and delivers training solutions. Owns/influences commercial business operating guidelines and has ownership/influence over budgets. Guided by functional policy. There is autonomy within the role to enter into/execute Commercial arrangements. High levels of Commercial judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.


Roles and Responsibilities

This includes:

  • Lead our product teams to deliver meaningful new product introductions with predictability and speed.
  • Coordinate wing-to-wing across our product development lifecycle and across GE HealthCare to build solutions tailored to Diagnostic Cardiology across the Cardiology solutions care pathway.
  • Uncover customer insights, develop and align DCAR and digital product strategies to these insights.
  • Drive best practices for product development organizational excellence.
  • Mentor & guide our product management organization as a best-in-class team.
  • Own the strategic product roadmap & customer feature sets decisions based on customer value propositions and market viability.
  • Own the product development scope, provide product inputs to engineering team for technical scope and user requirement development.
  • Own the business case and justification for NPI investment.
  • Partner with product marketing and regions on competitive analysis and ensures that features and capabilities across the product roadmap are competitive in our target markets.
  • Track/measure customer success and product performance via operational metrics scorecards & actions.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, quality assurance, regulatory, support, service, sales, and marketing teams to ensure the product solution meets the customer needs and supports overall business strategy and goals.
  • Include innovative AI, SaaS, and digital solutions into product roadmap.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in product marketing, product management, product development, clinical, or related field
  • A strong clinical understanding of Cardiology workflows and solutions.

  • Ability to work effectively within a large global environment.
  • Experience collaborating directly with customers, developing key relationships and working with marketing, commercial, and evidence generation teams to quantify value.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
