The Last mile delivery Product
On the Last mile delivery Product team, you will lead a cross-functional team to pioneer the next frontier of last mile, leveraging the latest technology to get customers whatever they want, how and when they want it. You will be responsible for driving some of our most strategic new initiatives which will redefine the platform & experience for years to come.
This role's primary focus would be to build a scalable and robust fraud and risk platform for fraud detection, risk assessment, and suggested actioning.
- Define product strategy and vision for the fraud and compliance platform on Last mile Delivery.
- Build scalable platform that utilizes data and AI/ML models to create a robust fraud and compliance platform while detecting and preventing fraud with high accuracy and efficiency
- Work closely with the Trust & Safety team to launch new integrations and features across all LMD products to enhance the security and integrity of our platform
- Create and enhance platform– you will manage product roadmap, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks
- Collaborate data science, engineering, and Walmart partners to define the data requirements, measurement methodologies, and UX for reporting dashboards
- Conduct industry and internal competitive analysis to understand the emerging trends in fraud and risk areas to implement advance and innovative solutions. identify and create new opportunities.
- Build collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.
- Provide overall direction by analyzing business objectives and user needs.
- Overall functionalities to build and support on the fraud platform
- Real-time fraud detection: The platform should be able to identify fraudulent transactions in real time.
- Risk assessment: The platform should be able to assess the risk of fraud for each transaction. This will help to prioritize resources and focus on the transactions that are most likely to be fraudulent.
- Transaction monitoring: The platform should be able to monitor transactions for signs of fraud. This will help to identify new fraud threats and prevent them from being successful.
- User education: The platform should provide users with information about fraud and how to protect.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management. Option 2: 11 years’ experience in product management or related area.
