In this role, you will:
- Provide strategic execution of headcount and staffing models for the Corporate & Investment Bank to maintain multi-year forecasts that benchmark to both internal targets and competitor metrics
- Work with key partners in HR and Finance to assist in supporting priorities of human capital planning and in human capital engagement & development activities
- Model and forecast headcount levels, banker performance, promotions, and attrition
- Work closely under the COO of CIB Human Capital to execute on above priorities across CIB Banking with their Group Heads, Product Heads, and COOs
- Balance workload with peers, in the US and internationally, to delivery timely work product in the fast paced environment of corporate and investment banking
- Key skill sets needed: data analysis, financial modeling, ability to integrate data/financial analysis into streamlined executive level formatted presentations, and knowledge or ability to learn HR systems and internal financial reporting BI tools
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge and understanding of Corporate & Investment Banking
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manipulate data sets (BI Tools, Pivot Tables, Macros)
- Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
- Experience working in Investment Banking, HR, Analytics, and/or Finance
- Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning and execution
- Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels - flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

Pay Range
$84,000.00 - $179,200.00
