As a Client Service Specialist within our Currency Team, you will ensure the timely and accurate settlement of JP Morgan's FX transactions. You will manage day-to-day client relationships, providing high-quality service and operational excellence.
Job responsibilities:
- Confirms and ensure timely settlement of FX trading activity through direct client contact.
- Resolves incoming queries and investigate root causes of issues.
- Builds strong relationships with Clients, Front Office, Middle Office, and other internal clients.
- Collaborates with internal and external groups to resolve client issues.
- Promotes and supports automated solutions to clients.
- Initiates and participates in process improvement initiatives.
- Escalates issues to the team leader within an appropriate time frame.
- Engages in project management activities.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Previous experience in an operational, financial services, or customer services environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to take ownership and follow through with departmental objectives, considering risks in daily processing.
- Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize workload while working as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- FX & FXO experience.
- Working knowledge of the IB funds transfer policy.
- Knowledge of TSSFX and Athena.
