What you'll do:
The primary role and responsibilities of the candidate is to develop and support new reusable components and services to support the Member Desk applications. The ideal candidate is expected to have a working knowledge of back-end/full-stack system design.
You’ll apply your software development and distributed systems competencies to the improvement of existing products and the development of new software solutions at the enterprise-scale. A proven team player, you’ll have the opportunity to provide hands-on leadership while taking an active role in collaborative assessments and design discussions.
Troubleshoots business and production issues by gathering information (for example, issue, impact, criticality, possible root cause); engaging support teams to assist in the resolution of issues; formulating an action plan; performing actions as designated in the plan; interpreting the results to determine further action; performs root cause analysis to prevent future occurrence of issues; and completing online documentation.
Provide support to the business by responding to user's questions, concerns, and issues (for example, technical feasibility, implementation strategies); identifying short- and long-term solutions; facilitating resolutions; and leading cross-functional partnership.
Lead the discovery phase of medium to large projects to come up with high level design by partnering with the product management, project management, business, and user experience teams; and obtaining cross-function approvals.
What you'll bring:
Exposure to React or ReactNative mobile development framework is not required, but highly desirable.
Developing software solutions that impact large-scale operations - Demonstrate a mastery of application development while optimizing today’s coding methodologies to create efficient, consumer-centric solutions.
