Job Overview

• Utilize existing off-the-shelf tools such as Datadog for infrastructure monitoring.

• Understand underlying data sources, ingest them into Elastic and present them to end users with Kibana dashboards.

• Work closely with engineering and IT teams to build and maintain a scalable visualization platform.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or related field.

• 2+ years exp in DevOps or Software engineering.

• Experience in monitoring large scale, distributed system for reliability.

• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Grafana and Elastic.

• Experience in at least one high level programming language such as Python.

• Effective communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

• Experience in working in an Agile context.

• Experience in Linux with Kubernetes and git.

• Experience using source code management platforms such as GitHub, Gerrit or GitLab.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as Elastic Certified Engineer or Elastic Certified Analyst

• Experience developing and supporting one or more products throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle using CI/CD methodologies.

• Experience in infrastructure as code provisioning tooling such as Ansible and Terraform.

• Experience working on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.

• Solid understanding of networking principles and protocols.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Software engineering.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
