NextGen Sales Academy Associate Inside Sales Representative
Over a 2-3 year period, you will participate in an intense program that will prepare you for long-term success within the Dell Technologies sales organization. Everyone who joins our organization starts as an Associate Inside Sales Rep where you will receive top-notch training from both a technology and sales perspective. You will be in this role for 9-12 months, depending on your performance, and then you will have the opportunity to progress to an Inside Sales Representative role, where you will be required to meet a quota and manage all aspects of a sales campaign. We typically see people who stay in the inside sales rep role for a year and a half before moving on to their next role, whether it's field sales, sales management, or a sales role. specialized sales. We often see those who succeed in this program work two or three jobs in the first three years, all with more responsibility, greater contribution and bigger pay.
