• A good to excellent university degree in technical communication or in technical fields, like computer science, with experience in technical writing.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and present them clearly, including programming paradigms and concepts. Strong communication skills and a cooperative mindset.
• Passion for programming and AI as part of the development process.
• Proficiency in a modern programming language like ABAP, Java, or Python is necessary.
• Experience in creating product documentation, technical writing, and/or UX writing, experience with DITA is a plus.
• Knowledge about prompt engineering, ABAP, ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) and/or SQL is a plus.
