- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- 2 years of applied machine learning experience building machine learning workflows and infrastructure.
- 2 years of experience building and developing infrastructure or distributed systems.
- Experience in a technical leadership role overseeing projects, or in a supervision/team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
- 2 years of experience in machine learning evaluation, anomaly detection, or a similar role.
- 2 years of experience in a people management role.
- Experience with anomaly detection techniques and tools.
- Understanding of machine learning evaluation methodologies, metrics, and best practices.
