Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Public Health, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in occupational health, with a focus on program development and management.
5 years of experience in managing occupational health.
Experience with occupational health compliance.
Experience working in a multinational organization.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with medical and mental health and counseling services fields, health promotion and wellness programs, ergonomics, industrial hygiene, and regional health regulations.
Understanding of occupational health principles, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and control measures.
Knowledge of occupational health regulations, standards, and best practices in the specified region.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to establish advanced metrics.
