The Commercial Credit Officer (CCO) is a highly skilled resource, providing expert level advisory guidance in the most complex, integrated debt capital solutions for commercial banking clients. Products include lines of credit, term loans, real estate loans, and syndicated loans. The CO manages all of the ancillary credit exposure to clients. The Cive client. This role reports to the Credit Manager orExecutive and will be aligned to an Underwritingthat supports the market. This role will specifically supportGreater Portlandmarket, serving a broadrange of clients
Responsibilities:

• Manages the credit process for a portfolio of clients
• Negotiates credit documentation

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of solid commercial banking experience
• Experience in financial analysis, structuring, underwriting and portfolio management specifically in Middle Market/Business Banking
• Analytical/technical skills, including financial accounting, modeling and loan structuring
• Strong communication skills; ability to communicate vertically, horizontally, and externally
• Negotiation and Critical Thinking skills

Minimum Education Requirement:BS/BA Degree Desired
