Key job responsibilities
- Strategize with the Manager of Brand Partnerships in planning the optimal operating model and standing up necessary program reviews, status meetings and executional SOPs.
- Support the day-to-day global Sponsorships program by owning program trackers, workback calendars, timeline management, oversight of the status review, and holding owners accountable to ensure milestones are met.- Anticipate and be able to mitigate problems as they arise while ensuring updates on progress, relevant delays and budget implications are communicated to stakeholders.
- Author program/campaign playbooks that can be scaled globally in mature and nascent markets
- 6+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Background in video advertising and supporting product launches
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience in and/or a passion for the entertainment industry and digital video. · Experience in process improvement techniques and implementation.
- Experience with Salesforce, Quicksite, Excel and Tableau
