Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives for vaccine awareness and coverage.
Build professional relationships and partnerships with stakeholders and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Provide high-quality promotional information to customers.
Develop adaptable short and mid-term plans for the region.
Organize and lead local promotional events, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Use data analysis to make informed decisions about Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and promotional strategies.
Provide timely feedback on marketing materials and participate in cycle meetings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and pursue ongoing professional development.
Ensure compliance with ethical standards, local laws, and regulations.
Requirements:
University degree from an accredited university.
Relevant commercial experience in a customer-facing role; experience in vaccines is a plus.
Proficiency in Slovenian and English.
Strong medical and commercial knowledge.
Familiarity with the regional market and vaccine journey.
Excellent strategic, analytical, and administrative skills.
Ability to make data-driven decisions and solve problems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; adept at influencing and negotiation.
Customer-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying needs.
Capable of analyzing complex situations and fostering collaboration.
Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.
Agile and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
