Responsibilities:
Support developments and implementation of the best practice and compliance standards
Identification of Regulation and coordination of implementation of regulatory changes: work with financial regulatory government agencies; timely (same day) notification of management on Regulatory requests
Keep a log of correspondence and save correspondence
If necessary, conduct analysis and work with various departments including the operations department, finance department, human resources, others
Develop reports on control, tracking and analysis purposes, document storage
Work with management to investigate and develop actions to manage identified compliance risks. Interact with other functions
Coordinate and monitor compliance initiatives (training, policies, etc.), methodological support in the development of internal documents of the Bank, compliance of policies and procedures with legal requirements
Requirements:
Higher education
Experience in compliance, lawyer or similar control functions in thefinancial industry, law firms
Master of Science degree and/or professional qualifications desirable
Knowledge of Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks and typologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
