Delivering interactive customer experience programs at the Customer Experience Center in Best (NL):
- Be the strategic trusted advisor for sales to create engaging, bespoke briefings, programs, experiences and agendas that drive sales opportunities, trust, customer satisfaction, and brand preference
- Facilitate and lead strong dialogs with customers in the healthcare domain that support the customer decision journey
- Bring Philips solutions to life by delivering scripted and non-scripted content, demos and workshops, while being able to instantly pivot based on live feedback and customer cues
- Craft strong relations with Philips discussion leaders, executives, and businesses to ensure the Philips strategy and key solutions are represented well in our briefings
- Build strong relations with sales and account teams to ensure they leverage the Customer Experience Center to its full potential
You are a part of
The global Philips Center of Excellence for Events and Customer Experience Centers. It consists of 15+ customer engagement experts working from 2 Customer Experience Centers in The Netherlands and the US, and 50+ event professionals from around the globe. You’ll be working out of the Customer Experience Center in Best that hosts 500+ executive briefings every year.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
- At least 5 years working experience in a clinical/medical (sales/marketing) OR briefing center background.
- Bachelor/Master degree.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, facilitation, active listening, consultancy and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English (Dutch is preferred). German would be a plus.
- Proven experience in engaging with customers from different levels – from executive level to students.
- Experience working in dynamic customer facing environments.
- Technology savvy, comfortable running digital customer engagement experiences.
- Able to work flexible hours when necessary.
