You actively participate in improvement projects and anticipate planned changes in the Philips Healthcare information environment. Knowledge of software tool validation and experience in technical testing & user acceptance testing are a plus.
Your role:

  • Create Unit Affected Lists to determine the affected systems for Field Change Order(s).

  • Perform business analyst requests, whereby the output is for risk assessment preparation that can lead to a Correction & Removal.

  • Design, prepare and maintain data analytics tooling that further enhances Field Change Order monitoring.

  • Translate business information requirements into tools and reports, in accordance with the business & regulatory standards.

  • Spearhead the move to Azure Data Lake as a single source of truth to meet future business needs.

    • Drive transition from independent source systems to Azure data lake, so that e.g., Unit Affected List can be created with data which is already automatically checked on internal consistency instead of manual activity.

    • Translate functional requirements into technical requirements and prepare data sets for testing and validations.

  • Validate and improve master data and system set-up for Remote Software Distribution of Field Change Orders.

  • Validate and improve master data and system to increase remote reachability of IGT-Systems, to remotely execute Field Change Orders and improve data quality of the IGT-S installed base.

  • Sustain the compliance of business analytics tooling with requirements of regulatory authorities and notified bodies (FDA, BM, Dekra etc.).

  • Maintain and support procedural knowledge (e.g., work instructions) for data and reporting as well as technical knowledge of the systems used.

You're the right fit if:

  • At least a Bachelor degree in Technical or IT area or 5 years’ experience in similar environment

  • You have a natural affiliation with data and like to resolve complex data problems.

  • You have experience with business analytics & IT projects, and you enjoy taking the lead in your area of responsibility, taking decisions with understanding of the related business impact with strong analytical skills.

  • Expert in working/programming with SQL, MS Office applications (e.g., PowerBI, Excel, SharePoint), Windows Server Configuration management.

  • Experience with SAP.

  • Experience with Azure Suite is an advantage.

  • You are stress resistant and experienced in managing your workload, set priorities in line with business requirement, identify & address risks to management where applicable.

  • You can easily switch between high level view and relevant details.

  • Knowledge & experience of Scrum methodology.

  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

  • Experience with software tool validation and testing.

  • Team player with international mindset.

  • Self-starting, well organized, flexible, proactive and result oriented.

  • Able to work in a quick turnaround environment.

  • Acquaintance with requirements of regulatory authorities (FDA) and experience with creating URS for SW tools & tool validation is a plus.
