Support strategic initiatives in the People & Culture (P&C) area to ensure long-term success.
Contribute to Business Operations processes, particularly in analyzing and optimizing processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Conduct research, perform data analyses, and prepare presentations and SharePoint materials to support decision-making.
Assist with various tasks and projects and take ownership of smaller projects and independent tasks.
Collaborate with various stakeholders in a dynamic and international team environment.
Plan, coordinate, and organize cross-team as well as strategically important meetings and appointments.
What you bring:
Enrollment as a student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in fields such as business administration, psychology, human resources management, or a related area.
Good understanding of MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
Basic experience in improving business and process performance, as well as in project and change management, is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills and a structured proactive approach to managing multiple priorities effectively.
The ability to see opportunities for improvement rather than obstacles, and a willingness to think outside the box.
A basic understanding of HR-related organizations is a plus.
You can start as soon as possible and are available for at least six months (15-20 hours per week during lecture periods and up to 40 hours per week during semester breaks).
