JOB DESCRIPTION

• Performing Quality control inspections, checks and tests of goods and materials to defined standards.

• Operation of Inspection equipment for the verification of Goods and Materials including the recording of results.
• Knowledge and operation of sampling techniques.
• Knowledge of First Article Inspection processes and reporting.

• Controlling and processing non conforming material to defined standards.

Key skills:

• Self motivated and able to work in a fast moving environment.
• Preferably indentured (apprenticeship) within a related Engineering or Production environment / equivalent experience in a related position may be considered.
• Able to show proven capabilities of related experience.
• Use of basic Inspection equipment (Verniers / Micrometer’s / Calipers / Height Gauges etc).
