The Finance ISC Operations lead
An ideal candidate will possess the following:

Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of operations or finance experience
We Value:
- MBA, CMA, CPA preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Strong manufacturing background or audit experience (operationally and finance) – global experience preferred
- Experience in a matrix organization
- ERP / systems experience (SAP and Hyperion Planning preferred)
- Drives results through inclusion and collaborative behavior
- Track record of developing sustainable performance cultures where team members are passionate about winning
- A true global thinker with a sensitivity to work in different cultures. Willingness and availability to travel internationally
- Ability to lead and influence diverse, cross-functional teams globally & drive business decisions across the business teams
- Ability to understand business activities with a view broader than just the finance function
- Excellent communication skills with strong persuasion and influencing abilities.
- Recognized self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment and seeks the challenge of winning in a rapidly changing marketplace.
