Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years proven track record delivering programs, including defining, owning, and driving new strategic initiatives across an organization.
  • 3+ years experience managing a team of technical program/project managers responsible for driving projects through the complete software development life cycle.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excels in relationship building and has proven success in influencing without direct authority.
  • Proven track record developing effective teams, comprised of early career and experienced employees.
  • Knows how to cut through ambiguity by establishing priorities, developing plans, and anticipating risks.
  • Is self-motivated and enthusiastic, enjoys solving problems collaboratively.
  • Best-in-class communication and presentation skills (written & verbal) to all levels of an organization. Experience having difficult conversations to ensure we make the correct decisions.
  • Overall, a highly driven, results-oriented, problem solver who will drive people and programs to deliver value quickly to our customers.
  • Project management certification preferred.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $173,100 and $260,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
