Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in business with managing client partnership.
- Experience in advertising/online media business or marketing with advertisers, agencies or clients.
- Experience in digital marketing with associated products and tools (e.g., Search, YouTube, Google Marketing Platform (GMP), etc.).
- Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to collaborate with peers and complete tasks and projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in project management and presenting to C-level executives.
- Experience managing multiple accounts, with organizational and prioritization skills, and a collaborative approach across internal and external teams.
- Knowledge of industry issues and growth opportunities, with the ability to advance Google's strategies within the marketplace.
- Ability to lead executive conversations related to privacy, regulatory changes, and Google’s durable advertising and measurement solutions.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex ideas, promoting strong relationships, and resolving conflicts effectively.
