In this role, you will:
Partner effectively with leaders in the COO/CAO organization to provide financial planning and analysis, including: monthly financial forecasts, annual budgeting, expense management, resource planning, monthly financial reporting, executive presentations, cost allocation, and business case development for projects.
Build a strong relationship with the executive leader and the leadership team. Earn trust by learning the business and partnering with them to support strategic objectives, provide credible challenge, and value-added analysis to drive financial decisions.
Tell the financial story while being clear and concise
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to achieve goals, streamline processes, and resolve issues.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
A BS/BA degree or higher in one or a combination of the following: Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Reporting.
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) skills.
Excellent executive communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience in strategic consulting, preferably in a large public consulting firm.
