In this role, you will:

• Partner effectively with leaders in the COO/CAO organization to provide financial planning and analysis, including: monthly financial forecasts, annual budgeting, expense management, resource planning, monthly financial reporting, executive presentations, cost allocation, and business case development for projects.

• Build a strong relationship with the executive leader and the leadership team. Earn trust by learning the business and partnering with them to support strategic objectives, provide credible challenge, and value-added analysis to drive financial decisions.

• Tell the financial story while being clear and concise

• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to achieve goals, streamline processes, and resolve issues.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• A BS/BA degree or higher in one or a combination of the following: Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Reporting.

• Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) skills.

• Excellent executive communication skills (written and verbal)

• Experience in strategic consulting, preferably in a large public consulting firm.
