- At least two years of experience as an offering/product manager in the AIDC industry, preferably with a leading provider of AIDC solutions such as Zebra Technologies, Datalogic, Newland, Elgin, Ingram Micro, Scansource etc.

- Experience in developing and launching new products and services for various sectors, such as retail, healthcare, transportation, industrial, logistics, and manufacturing.

- Experience in managing the product lifecycle of barcode scanners, mobile computers, printers, RFID readers, or similar AIDC technologies.

- Experience in delivering innovative and differentiated solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the target segments.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering with a focus on Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the AIDC market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Creative, strategic thinker, analytical, and customer-oriented mindset.
