• Enhance Tool Output, Yield & Predictability & Fab Productivity & Cycle time in Semiconductor manufacturing process

• Design, collect data, analyze and compile reports on a wide range of complex process engineering experiments in Epitaxy / Epitaxial Growth / Diffusion

• Utilize techniques to characterize hardware, define methods and apply new technologies to characterize hardware, and/or perform hardware characterization on a wide range of complex systems

• Interact with customers to resolve a wide range of complex process engineering issues/problems

Basic Qualification

• Strong ability to manage the project related to Semiconductor process issues

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualification

• Experience of Chip Maker(Semiconductor are) inEpitaxy/Diffusion process

• Project experience of FDC(Fault Detection Classification) in Semiconductor process

• Analyze and handle data to solve the problems/issues about Epitaxy/Diffusion Process & Hardware
