In this role, you will:
- Execute transfer plans based on transfer requirements.
- Work with external and internal business partners in the coordination of transfer activities
- Track and update transfer plans, issues log, work in flight and other transfer documents.
- Document and support resolution of transfer issues
- Schedule meetings with business units and new servicers
- Capture and distribute meeting minutes.
- Support data transfer and testing activities.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Administrative Support, or, Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge and understanding of mortgage servicing industry.
- Project management experience
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Ability to execute in a fast-paced/high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities.
- Experience communicating and presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization.
- Experience documenting meeting minutes while summarizing and distributing accurate information in a timely manner.
- Intermediate skills and knowledge of: MSP, Excel, Access, Business Objects, Word, Power Point
