In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.​ Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

This role focuses on the technical aspects of performance, load, scalability, and infrastructure testing. It involves planning, designing, managing, executing, and reporting tests using various tools and techniques. Responsibilities include evaluating performance criteria and ensuring compliance with standards, developing test designs that address both functional and non-functional requirements, and defining test automation frameworks with the Test Architect. Proficiency in performance tools, analyzing results, and resolving performance issues is essential. This role applies technical skills in client services and implementation environments.

–Review, analyze, and resolve ambiguities in requirements during the analysis phase to ensure clear expectations are set for the team.
–: Responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining test cases, as well as efficiently tracking and reporting bugs.
–: Create traceability matrices to ensure all requirements are covered and provide visibility into test coverage across various features.
–: Provide detailed, regular reports on test progress, test coverage, and automation efficiency, offering actionable insights for improving the quality process.

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
– Minimum of 3 year of experience in performance testing
– Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools
– Experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, Postman or Gatling
– Solid knowledge of web and mobile application architecture
– Experience in analyzing and interpreting performance testing results
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Experience in WLM and NFR Gathering
– Experience with Performance Test Plan and Strategy
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
– Fluent in English (Written and Spoken).
– Excellent communication skills to articulate findings and recommendations
