Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of working experience driving environmental compliance programs in the electronics or other relevant industry
- Knowledge of existing product environmental regulations affecting consumer electronics in the US and Canada, with strong expertise on Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR)
Preferred Qualifications
- Good understanding of policy and stakeholder engagement processes
- Proven record of working with cross-functional and international teams
- Ability to communicate complex regulations and technical information to a broad internal audience to build understanding and support
- Self-motivated and pro-active
- Proven track record in driving environmental progress in complex organizations
- Self-starter with a proven ability to influence others and entrepreneurial mind set
- Experience in international waste shipment
- An environmental related degree or equivalent work experience
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $195,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
