What you'll do

Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to generate leads Strategic Outbound Campaigns
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and engagement strategies.
3. Perform regular data cleaning and validation tasks to ensure the accuracy and relevancy of contact databases. Engage and generate new contacts in digital roles from prospects and customers.5. Perform regular data cleaning tasks to ensure the accuracy and relevancy of databases.
6. Identify and resolve data discrepancies and duplicates.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure data standards and consistency.
8. Maintain comprehensive documentation of cleaning processes and results.

What you bring

• First experience in customer service or sales is preferred
• You already got some experience in telephone communication to customers / clients
• You're excellent verbal communication skills help you to reach your goals.
• Experience in data management and cleaning processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain professionalism under pressure
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Familiarity with CRM (Customer Releationship Management) systems, LinkedIn and data cleaning tools is preferred
• You are able to communicate in business fluent (C1/C2) German and English
