In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centres (Delivery Centres), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.​ Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research-Driven Development: Drive the development process aligned with internal research goals to meet the unique requirements of research endeavors.
  • Emerging Technology Evaluation: Evaluate emerging technologies, conducting thorough assessments to determine their suitability for real-world product applications.
  • Demonstrating Technological Value: Showcase the value of developed technologies through effective demonstrations that highlight their potential impact on IBM’s businesses and collaborations with partners.
  • End-to-End Development: Bring expertise across the entire development spectrum, contributing to the design, construction, testing, and characterization of both hardware and software.
  • Collaboration and Integration: Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless integration of hardware and software components to create robust and innovative solutions.
  • Adaptability and Innovation: Embrace adaptability and a forward-thinking mindset, staying attuned to technological advancements and incorporating innovative practices into the development lifecycle.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Able to configure and Support Oracle HCM Cloud Application Modules as per business requirements. The role also demands supporting implementation and provides production support of PeopleSoft Enterprise HR modules like Core HR, Recruiting Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Time and Labor, Payroll. Uses business knowledge to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients’ business environment in order to achieve client expected business results. It also demands application personalization and testing.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience in PaaS and SaaS HCM applications.
  • Experience in Evergreen patching.
  • Detailed technical working knowledge of procured modules; Core; Absence; Performance; Case Work; Learning and Development; Oracle Recruitment; Project Resource Deployment; Strategic Workforce Planning; Oda and Journeys.
  • Experience and detailed knowledge of managing inbound and outbound integrations from and to HCM.
  • Knowledge of HCM security requirement and application.
  • Knowledge and experience of delivering HCM reporting solutions
