You're role
- Managing the end-to-end lifecycle and regulatory registrations of a product portfolio, including developing and maintaining product roadmaps and strategy plans, ensuring global transparency and alignment with leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, regulatory, supply chain, and commercial teams, to bring innovative oral healthcare products to market and maintain access to all markets.
- Influence decision-making and strategy within a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Driving effective change management to accommodate evolving business, technical, or regulatory needs.
- Providing guidance, mentorship, and leadership to project team members to foster high performance.
You're the right fit if:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. PMP or Agile certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development within a medical device or consumer health industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of product, program, or project management experience, leading cross-functional teams in a regulated environment (FDA, ISO, or similar).
- Knowledge of design controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance standards in healthcare product development.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence at all levels of a global organization.

The pay range for this position in (Bothell, WA) is $110,000 to $177,000.00
