As an Associate Partner Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary operational point of contact for one or more partners, helping to plan, review, and oversee ongoing operation and performance issues during end customer management. You will leverage your broad experience, troubleshooting application, network, database, and architectural challenges using the suite of internal AWS tools as well as your existing knowledge and toolkits. You will be an advocate for partners to help design and support end customer’s large events. In this role, you will also act as the voice of the customer and partner within AWS to escalate problems and to drive prioritization of business needs.Key job responsibilities

- Participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud- Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, detailed prelaunch planning
- Analyze and present operational reviews to partner leadership

- 2+ years of technical engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for one (1) of the following: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment
