Senior Associate, Campaign Project Managerwill be responsible for supporting the delivery of BC&P marketing and servicing campaigns that support the strategy and product needs of the organization.
All aspects of project management for assigned campaigns, including but not limited to:
Schedule building
Intent Owner communication
Leading status meetings/office hours
Providing progress updates
Fulfillment tasks
Collaborate with intent owners to refine intent prior to kick-off
Deliver well-managed campaign execution and support audits and exams as needed
Enabling associates to deliver their best work across creative, digital, and segmentation builds
Gathering data and metrics to inform team reporting
Characteristics we’re looking for:
Strong process skills with a product mindset
Ability to proactively identify impediments on the critical path and remove them
Excellent communication skills to engage intent owners across a variety of levels and experience
A structured problem-solving approach to help a team work through a wide range of issues
Ability to multi-task and manage several initiatives simultaneously
Ability to prioritize across different types of value dimensions
Desire to collaborate across component teams and organization structures to influence core needs
A curious, learning mindset to understand the needs of our internal and external customers and recommend improvements to better their experience
Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to follow instructions carefully and accurately
Displays a professional attitude and teamwork mentality
Ability to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
At least 3 years of Process Management or Project Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
Experience with Adobe Workfront
At least 2 years supporting advertising or marketing campaigns
At least 1 year experience in Financial Services
