As our member of our ServiceNow practice you will be joining a high-performance team who deliver a range of projects for our enterprise clients across New Zealand and Australia. Your role will include
Engaging with clients to understand their requirements and desired outcomes
Mapping client requirements to ServiceNow solutions and design
Configure, customise, and implement ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations.
Lead and mentor junior consultants on ServiceNow projects
Collaborate with hybrid delivery teams across New Zealand, Australia and offshore
Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to client teams.
Stay current with ServiceNow developments and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5 or more years of experience as a ServiceNow Consultant or similar role.
Expertise in configuring and customising the ServiceNow platform.
Strong understanding of IT Service Management and Operations
Familiarity with Finance and Risk domains, including IRM (Integrated Risk Management) and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance).
Experience with Customer Service Management / Telecommunications Service Management processes.
ServiceNow certification(s) preferred.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Nice to have
Eligibility for immediate right to work in NZ (New Zealand)
CTA or CMA certification
Experience in positioning ServiceNow with broader enterprise architectures
Experience with Domain Separated environments
