You'll utilize your engineering and science background and creativity to address stormwater and air permit compliance tasks. You'll help advance the industry by delivering sustainable solutions for clients and connect with Jacobs’ practitioners to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions. We'll lean on you to lead design, engineering, and project tasks, delegate work, and collaborate with engineers and scientists of varying experience levels. You'll also mentor junior practitioners and learn from senior practitioners to grow professionally. We'll rely on you to develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business through proposals, networking, and sole source opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpreting and applying state and federal permit requirements.
- Understanding of Tier II and TRI/Form R chemical reporting.
- Conducting monthly stormwater inspections and quarterly comprehensive stormwater inspections and monthly air monitoring.
- Developing annual stormwater review reports and maintaining monitoring records.
- Conducting recordkeeping and documentation of monthly and annual environmental activities.
- Providing responsive, reliable technical guidance and support.
