Resolve high complexity incidents involving various routing protocols, switching technologies, and platform-related issues on Cisco Nexus switches operating in NX-OS mode.
Recreate customer technical problems within Cisco's internal labs, conducting detailed troubleshooting, debugging, and log analysis.
Collaborate with colleagues across different technology teams to fix network environment issues.
Work closely with engineering teams to improve product quality by identifying, reporting, and automating the detection of software defects.

Primarily focus on the Data Center R&S domain while being encouraged to expand your proficiencies through additional training and team rotations.
Act as an escalation point and mentor to other engineers.
Minimum qualifications:
5+ years of related experience in R&S technologies.
Solid understanding of fundamental networking and protocol operations (TCP/IP, STP, OSPF, BGP...).
Proven ability to drive complex problems in Cisco or non-Cisco networks to resolution.
Willingness to continuously learn and apply new skills in networking and customer support environments.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Nexus series switches and NX-OS.
Current valid certification (CCNA/CCNP/CCIE and/or DevNet).
Knowledge of VXLAN EVPN.
Experience with APIs, Linux, and automation tools.
