As the Business Development Specialist, you’ll combine your technical expertise, business acumen, and clinical experience to:
Lead new technology adoption – Drive product launches, educate hospital teams, and support physicians in the safe and effective use of BSC’s EP technologies.
Build strategic relationships – Engage KOLs, decision-makers, and healthcare providers to expand market presence and enhance patient care.
Deliver expert clinical support – Provide in-depth training, case support, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless integration of PFA, RF ablation, 3D mapping, and more.
Support clinical trials & research – Collaborate with research teams to advance evidence generation and help shape the future of EP therapy.
Drive commercial success – Partner with sales, marketing, and education teams to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives in electrophysiology.
Analyse market trends & identify opportunities – Conduct market research, assess competitor landscapes, and provide strategic insights to drive business growth and product positioning.
ABOUT YOU:
At least 3 years of experience in Electrophysiology, specifically within a commercial or business-focused role.
Extensive knowledge of Electrophysiology procedures with expertise in pulsed field ablation, RF ablation, 3D mapping, and EP signal interpretation.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive product adoption and market growth.
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel as needed for clinical support and business development.
