As our nextyou’ll be at the forefront of setting up and maintaining injection molding equipment to ensure optimal product quality and production efficiency. Your expertise inwill play a key role in supporting high-volume manufacturing operations.
Why You’ll Love Working Here:• Set up and monitor mold operations and part processing to meet quality standards
• Safely pull and install molds using overhead cranes and other tools
• Perform job changeovers and ensure proper tool and equipment storage
• Verify correct molds and materials for each production run
• Make hydraulic, water, and electrical connections and start up machines
• Inspect parts and make process adjustments to meet specifications
• Complete documentation and record current process settings
• Troubleshoot molding equipment and ensure machine uptime during shifts
• Coordinate with other departments for support as needed
• Manage material movement for both raw and finished product
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience (injection molding preferred, not required)
• Background in fast-paced production environments preferred
• Ability to operate injection molding machines, robots, forklifts, and overhead cranes
• Visual acuity for defect detection and color variation
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in a physically active environment
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and math skills
• Flexible to work occasional overtime with a rotating schedule for every other weekend off.
Bonus Points If You Have:• Technical or mechanical training
• Experience working with automation and fluid power systems
• Strong understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
• Understanding of quality systems and preventative maintenance practices
