Infrastructure Planning and Acquisition (IPA)organization is seeking afor our.  This roleis responsible foranaging cross functional infrastructure strategy andto support our rapidly scaling global data center infrastructure. This role willbe accountable forfor commercial cloud and AIin Asia-Pacific (APAC)including land, power, network, and datacenter leasing and acquisition.

This role ispart of a critical function thatbe accountable for driving critical infrastructure decisions making sure all inputs are adequately captured and analyzed.In particular, thisrole will focus on:

• Managing a team of region program managers that drive planning for new cloud region launches
• • Analysis of regional demand and supply inputs and variances to support long term decisions
  • Coordinating and driving infrastructure decisions ona timelymanner
  • Identifyingdata needs, collecting required data, and providing the analysis toexpeditedecision making
  • Coordinating with finance on financial analysisanddecision alignment
  • Program managing inputs to planning of new cloud regions
  • Understanding and clarifying key constraints to deploying new regionsin a timely manner
  • Communicating and getting alignment on long term infrastructure decisions at the VP/CVP level

Basic Qualifications:

• + years’experience in cross functional program management, especially in a strategy,planningand decision-making environment

• + years’ experience indata and analysis for decision making

• + yearsdemonstrated

• BS/BA degreerequired

• Ability to communicate and present complex analysis atheexecutive levels for alignment and decision making

• 3+ years managing program management teams

• Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive projects,and build buy-in and support

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10+ year program management experience driving mission critical cross functional infrastructure projects withend to enddependencies

• Experience in planning cloud specific infrastructure

to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirementsfor this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud

Background Check: This position will berequiredto pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

• Manage the new cloud region strategy and planning process

• Coordinate inputs for planning of new region launches across infrastructure acquisition and Azure

• Manage the infrastructure decision process to drive decisions on time and in alignment with our strategy

• Drive close collaboration with planning and execution teams to resolve infrastructure problems

• Perform Data analysis asrequiredfor driving infrastructure decisions
