Job Description:
Preferred qualifications
The analyst will be responsible for helping monitor our customer support queues, documenting processes, and supporting automation and AI projects relevant to the role. This will be required to understand the data that finance relies on, outline how that data can and should be used, and provide counsel in these areas.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a related field
- 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Power BI Cloud
- Advanced English proficiency (both verbal and written) Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Costa Rica.
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with Intel's systems and data environments
- Experience with the Finance Analytics Environment (FAE) and Finance PBI Reports
- Experience with Service Now or other Customer service tools
