JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence, process optimization, and innovation in our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for leading and managing advanced manufacturing operations, developing and implementing advanced manufacturing strategies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. With your extensive experience and leadership skills, you will contribute to the success and growth of our organization. You will work out of our Richardson, Texas location on a hybrid work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead and manage advanced manufacturing operations to drive operational excellence and process optimization
• Develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies to enhance productivity and improve product quality
• Drive manufacturing automation initiatives to optimize production processes
• Utilize semiconductor wafer and device fabrication knowledge to improve manufacturing efficiency
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve operational goals
• Identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies to drive innovation and cost efficiencies
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives to successfully launch new products into manufacturing

YOU MUST HAVE • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• Extensive experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization
• Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
