1. 4+ years of experience in hands-on software development with the thoughtfulness of scale, latency, and distributed architecture.
2. Experience building and integrating Machine Learning features
3. Experience with stream processing technologies like Flink
4. Strong background in data analytics tools such as Hive, or similar.
5. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks.
6. Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding junior engineers.
7. Proven experience shipping high-quality product features with high velocity.
8. Proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale, high-performance systems.
