Job Description:
Your Day to Day
- Develop and implement strategies to onboard consumers & inspire them to habituate with the PayPal platform.
- Identify, analyze, and optimize critical growth funnels and metrics. You will manage complex features and experiments from start to finish, including setting product specifications, leading cross-functional teams, and making informed product decisions throughout the process.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to consumer onboarding and engagement. Analyze consumer onboarding funnel data to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the onboarding process.
- Design and conduct A/B tests to optimize onboarding experiences.
- Conduct user research to remain informed about competitive products and industry trends.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on user insights, data analysis & feedback from cross-functional partners.
- Partner with risk and identity teams to ensure new users are authenticated and bad actors are kept off the platform.
- Collaborate with compliance teams to integrate the latest regulatory requirements into the consumer onboarding process.
What you need to bring:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on Growth.
- Proficient in analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Strong user empathy and a deep understanding of customer needs.
