Your role:
Formulating the project plan, in accordance with the goals and timing, set by management. You will specify the management of the project, resources required, anticipated costs, risk assessment, and quality and regulatory standards.
Controlling the project budget, including evaluation of feasibility, costs/benefits, and contributed value - taking corrective actions when necessary and generating reports to maintain alignment.
Leading the project, within the project budget and program strategy, in terms of quality, funding, time, information and organization, monitoring progress and managing internal and external resources.
Actively evaluating the project for opportunities to improve performance; as well as, continuously monitor risk and mitigate as appropriate.
Directing project team members and provide them operational guidance throughout the project, both technically and organizationally.
Communicating effectively to key stakeholders throughout the project
Driving a sense of urgency to ensure goals are met with meeting regulatory, quality and customer requirements
Ensuring team members adhere to internal policies and procedures.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience in successfully leading large complex programs, projects, and initiatives using a structured approach (e.g. PMP, SAFE/Agile)
Your skills include experience leading the implementation of Quality & Regulatory Projects required, subject matter expert in all aspects of project manager plan-driven methodology, experience with and applying change management methodology in projects is highly preferred, medical device industry project or program management preferred, continuous improvement/Lean Six Sigma experience preferred
You have a BS or MS in relevant fielding including computer, engineering or business field of study; MBA or relevant business experience preferred, PMI PMP certification required
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
You have demonstrated competence forming, organizing and leading teams from concept through launch, ability to make data driven decision-making with the ability to move teams through vague/complex situations and you have strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
