Your key responsibilities
Skills and attributes for success
6–10+ years in AI/ML, with 2–3+ years working specifically on generative AI applications.
Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, transformers, diffusion models, and NLP/NLG systems.
Proficiency in Python and relevant AI frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
Deep understanding of GenAI architectures, prompt engineering, RAG, embedding models, and tokenization.
Experience deploying models using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with LLMOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Weights & Biases, PromptLayer, BentoML, Ray Serve).
Strong client-facing and stakeholder engagement skills.
To qualify for the role, you must have
Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields.
Prior consulting experience or experience leading enterprise AI engagements.
Exposure to ethical AI, data privacy, and AI governance practices
Prior consulting/client facing exposure
