Key Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or CVML related field
- 4+ years of industry experience in CVML, developing computer vision products
- Experience applying ML models to one or more of the following areas : computer vision, AR / VR, video understanding, data-centric AI or generative AI
- Publication record in top-tier conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, etc).
- Hands-on experience working with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Jax or Tensorflow.
- Excellent coding skills in Python. C/C++ experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a diverse environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

This role provides a unique opportunity to work on future spatial computing technologies, working with top-class researchers and engineers. You will work on some of the most ambitious technical problems on data and compute efficient machine learning and spatial AI, collaborate with world-class ML researchers and engineers to bring research ideas to production and provide technical mentorship and guidance.

Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,700.00 and $300,200.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
