The role will support the development, implementation, and execution of various incentive compensation risk programs. The role will also aide in reporting, validations, and control execution.Examples of job responsibilities:• Support incentive risk initiatives and programs of various sizes from a design improvement, documentation, and implementation perspective
• Onboard, guide, and oversee the execution of program frameworks for compliance to internal policies and regulatory requirements within the incentive compensation vertical
• Develop and maintain program reporting; identifying areas of improvement
• Execution of risk/control processes; identifying areas of improvement
• Partner closely with HR Compensation, HR Risk, and Independent Risk Management partners to drive comprehensive program development and oversight of incentive risk
Job Description
  • Assists in the execution of the Line of Business Risk Management program, identifying opportunities for enhancement where applicable. Under supervision, enables line of business adherence with risk programs.
  • Assists in the design and development of the risk management program to meet business and regulatory expectations.
  • Executes the risk management program within or across the lines of business (e.g. - business self-assessment and quality reviews). Participates in the consultation to execute the program components.
  • Works to develop risk expertise while working with the businesses and other risk partners (e.g., Compliance, Credit, Legal, Audit).
  • Participates in risk initiatives, business as usual activities, ad hoc requests, and identifies risk exposures.
