10+ years of experience leading E2E projects related to retail staffing, training, engagement, and/ or digital solutions programs
5+ years program, product or technical program management experience, ideally in a sales or retail organisation
5+ years managing a team of Program Managers, and 3+ years experience leading managers and senior individual contributors
Experience delivering customer-facing global programs
Possess basic technical skills with the ability to drive into technical details and design in order to partner with product and engineering teams to deliver the desired in-store experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills and the ability to work with cross-functional and partner teams across many levels of management
Experience designing and bringing programs to market from strategic thinking to requirements, sell-in and deployment
Highest level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust
Solid track record meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
